We have trained field applications specialists (FAS) who can conduct on-site training and technical assistance to our customers. Our FAS will help you troubleshoot technical issues related to the products, applications and data analysis. From time to time, we will also invite regional technical experts to give training and seminars on various application topics if required. We also provide full material and analytical testing for the companies, institutions and individuals whom finds it difficult or not economically efficient to set up their own analytical lab.
